Tony DiLuca, CHFP

Tony DiLuca, CHFP is a Principal of PATHS and has more than twenty years of experience in Business Office and Patient Account Receivable Management for the Healthcare Industry. Most recently, Tony has held the position as Chief Operating Officer of the Hospital Medical Services Division for a National healthcare management company. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Tony was responsible for direct management and supervision of over 200 Healthcare professionals providing leadership in the areas of Billing, Patient Access, Receivable Follow-up and Entitlement services. He had direct management and operational responsibility for multiple outsourced Hospital Business Offices and oversight of the receivable collection process.

Tony DiLuca previously held senior corporate titles, including Associate Controller of Patient Accounting in a multi-hospital system and Director of Patient Financial Services in a major Philadelphia teaching Hospital. His Patient Financial Services experience includes the management of Patient Accounting Departments; implementing and successfully utilizing computer systems to support registration, billing and collection of receivables; and, insuring compliance with a myriad of federal and state regulations.

Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel University and is certified as a Healthcare Financial Professional. He is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is currently serving on several committees. He has also chaired committees including the Reimbursement committee. Tony currently serves on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management and is a member of several of this organization’s other local chapters.
