Robyn Walls

Robyn Walls, Director of Eligibility Services, has more than ten years experience in the Medical Assistance eligibility application process. Robyn's primary responsibilities are to oversee a staff of over 60 employees and the processing of more than 20,000 eligibility referrals annual for Inpatient and Emergency Department programs. She works closely with all staff, including hospital representatives, field representatives and office staff. Included in her daily activities Robyn is also responsible to attend client meetings, develop specialized reports for clients and work closely with supervisors at county welfare offices to resolve rejected cases. Robyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Allentown College of Saint Francis de Sales.
