Carleen Brooks, Director of Healthcare Billing Services, has more than twenty years experience in the billing and follow-up of healthcare claims. Carleen’s experience is extensive in a wide range of payers, including Pennsylvania Medical Assistance and Out of State Medicaid receivable management. Carleen’s experience has expanded to working and managing on-site receivable projects at provider locations.
